[ Every morning when you rise, give a prayer of thanksgiving for life.
At noontime again give a prayer of thanksgiving for your work.
As the sun begins to set, give a prayer of thanksgiving for all your relations.
Before you go to sleep, give a prayer of thanksgiving for the moon, the stars and the depth of night.
Call into your thinking the wise ones,
  the children
and the ones who are sick.
Turn in and dream well.
Do this again tomorrow. ]
